Once installed and deployed under the contractual arrangements, title to the specified infrastructure transfers to the customer.

Procurement
The equipment is procured through Nuway’s specialist supply network.

Deployment
Nuway coordinates data-centre capacity, power, cooling and connectivity through specialist infrastructure partners.

Ownership
Once the purchased infrastructure is installed and deployed at the data centre, title to the equipment transfers from Nuway to the customer.

Management
Under a Managed Services Agreement, the infrastructure is managed on the customer’s behalf throughout the agreed term.

Commercialisation
Available compute capacity is rented to commercial users, generating rental income from the productive use of the infrastructure.

Rental income
Rental income is distributed to the customer monthly in arrears, net of applicable management fees and operating costs, in accordance with the contractual arrangements.
